Q. Can these homes be placed on basements?
A. Yes, most of our homes are placed on basements. We can also have them placed on a crawl space foundation.

Q. How long before we can move in?
A. From the day the order is placed, most people have moved into their home in 3 to 4 months.

Q. Do you have land available?
A. Yes, we have licensed Realtors on staff who can assist you in obtaining the right parcel.

Q. Can the homeowner do some of the work to save money?
A. Approximately half of our customers participate to some degree in the on site work or the general contracting creating "sweat equity."

Q. Do your homes appreciate the same as a stick built home?
A. Yes, there is no difference in appreciation. Modular homes are insured the same as well.

Q. When I sell, do I have to tell anyone this is a modular home?
A. No, there is no reason to disclose, legal or otherwise that your home is a modular. In fact, you will probably boast in the fact that your home is better built.

Q. How are modular homes financed?
A. During the building process, all homes are financed with a construction loan, which is available through your bank or mortgage lender. Upon completion, your construction loan can be converted to a regular mortgage.

Q. Can I change the floor plan?
A. Yes. Most of our floor plans can be modified or we can design your new home together from scratch.
